Standard Cancellation Policy:
When booking your visit to Maple Hill we require a $35 deposit for nightly and weekly stays. For monthly stays we require a $100 deposit. The remainder payment is due upon arrival. The deposit shall be refunded if your stay is cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival. If a guest fails to cancel their stay prior to 7 days of arrival, a refund will not be provided.
127 Yard Sale Cancellation Policy:
Reserve by sending in a completed reservation package. Payment in full is due by may 1st.
Refunds will be given minus a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled by june 1st.
If you decide to cancel your stay after June 1st, a refund will not be provided. Please have your affairs in order to June 1st.
