About the 127 Yardsale

The 127 Yard Sale is the largest yard sale in the world. It spans 690 miles from Addison, Michigan to Gadsden, Alabama. Tens of thousands of yardsalers from around the country travel for this event. Vendors sell items ranging from vintage toolboxes, antique machinery, artisian woodwork, and even bologna on a stick! You never know what you're going to find during the 127!

The event is held the first weekend of August every year. Maple Hill is located directly on Highway 127 in Jamestown, TN so please call to reserve your RV spot along the route!
