The Campgrounds in Jamestown, TN
Whether you are looking for a new place to call home for the winter season as a snowbird or traveling by RV, Jamestown offers many sites to see. You sure won’t run out of ideas for fun here with countless acres of horseback & hiding trails in and around the plateau, historic sites, and other outdoor activities.
Maple Hill Campground is Located in Jamestown, TN just north of the Jamestown city limits. It is a convenient 7 minute drive on Highway 127 to Walmart and town square. The campground has both short term and seasonal RV sites, all of which are 30/50 amp full hookup, as well as small cabins. On site, we house a bath-house, which includes four private restrooms with showers. This means no sharing the shower curtain with a fellow camper! Also on the park, we have a dump station, a wooded dog walk, and a New Orleans Style Snowball Stand for those with a sweet tooth.

Cherokee Ridge Campground is located off to the northeast of the city of Jamestown, TN. The campground offers RV sites, tent camping, and bunkhouses all within riding distance to countless ATV trails. They also have multiple gathering areas under gazebos, a campground swimming pool, and a quaint waterfall.

Located just off of Highway 154, Timber Ridge Horse Campground caters to the equestrian traveler. The campground has 24 RV sites with Electric and Water, as well as a dump station on property. Also on site, is a showerhouse for men and women, a horse barn with 40, 10×10 stalls, 6 Horse Corrals, three cabins varying in amenities, and multiple gathering areas.

Travel to the Wild West when you camp at True West campground! While keeping the western theme, the campground is an equestrian haven. The park is located just one mile away from a Big South Fork trailhead which is made up of 120,000 acres of State Park Land! The lodge offers motel style rooms with two queen beds, apartment style rooms with a kitchen, RV Sites, horse stalls, and paddock(s) for horses.
